8:10 These men worked for Solomon as supervisors; there were a total of 250 of them who were in charge of the people. ¹ 

2 Tawarikh 18:15

18:15 The king said to him, “How many times must I make you solemnly promise in ²  the name of the Lord to tell me only the truth?”

[8:10]  ¹ tn Heb “these [were] the officials of the governors who belonged to the king, Solomon, 250, the ones ruling over the people.”
